Key Responsibilities: Maintain school gardens, lawns, and landscaping areas. Plant, water, prune, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees as required. Keep outdoor areas clean and free of weeds, debris, and litter. Operate gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor plant health and treat for pests or disease if needed. Maintain potted plants in classrooms, administrative areas, and corridors. Coordinate with the administrative team for seasonal planting and beautification plans. Ensure safe storage and handling of gardening tools and materials. Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in all gardening tasks. Requirements: Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (preferably in school or institutional setups). Basic knowledge of plant care, soil types, fertilizers, and pest control.
